Miscellaneous Stuff
Today's misc. category updates from around my office:
- My assistant is still baby talking her husband at work. It is grinding on my nerves. I have turned up Wagnerian operas three times today in an effort to mute the irritation. By the way, poster, the correct phonetic spelling would be "pobresheeto".
- One of the sales guys brought his dog to the office today.
The dog is in his car out in the back lot, when I was about to take my lunch he had me go and check it out with him. Its a big 'ol pit bull, but it was nice enough to me. Which is to say, it didn't bite my face off. It actually licked my hand. I tried not to be scared or show fear because my old (non-existent) Jewish grandmother told me that dogs and bees can smell fear.
The last thing I wanted was an angry pit bull (in heat, no less) taking me by the jugular and thrashing me about like a rag doll. It also made me think about the Bichon and the fierce profile he cuts. Two dogs for utterly different purposes. Animal husbandry in this instance has produces two entirely different results.
