Got a new office today. Its smaller, but I'm still flying solo. My old office is now hosting two people, and we're making room for the new folks coming next week, hence the move. I don't mind a small office, I just want to be alone in my quarters. I like having my music on, and I don't really care if other people dislike Rachmaninoff. I enjoy my Slavic composers.

 

On another note related to the previous entry, there' s something oddly cute and yet frustrating about a boss' inability to perceive things from "the ground level". They see things as they want to see them and they know how they want things to look. That's how it seems in our organization. We are told this is to change soon, I await results.
