Back again ... Who is it? Two points to the first reader to tell me what musical artist I grabbed the title of this post from ... Three if you know the album.

So one of our old CSRs is back on the team. I couldn't believe it when I saw her in the parking lot, but what do you know? We're in a hiring mode, so I'm not really surprised, but I thought she would have been passed up since she quit last time and made a royal mess of the menial tasks she had been assigned to. Not to mention she left us to work for a client, which it super taboo. What grabs me is that this CSR is still doing the same things from before. She's on the phone outside my office talking to someone about getting an appointment date. No doubt her husband who was (and I presume still is) trying to claim disability and is thus subject to the scrutiny of doctors from all sides. Man oh man.

On the bright side XXXX the f*cktard who I ordered to keep the door open is not here today. His supervisor took him to the airport. We can all notice how much more quiet the office is without their incessant bemoaning of the work situation. I don't like complainers and complainers those two are.
